Homemade Omlette

My hubs absolutely loves omletes! Especially from this particular restaurant, he would spend his whole check on them. So, not to be outdone I played with the notion of creating an omelet.This was my first attempt so be kind!!! (smile)

chopped sausages, bell peppers, tomatoes and onions

mix with eggs

start frying

1st attempt at folding...not pretty...lol

But I've gotten great at it now after practicing.

 so I tried not folding it...better

 I got it..I got it..whoo hoo!!!!!
