cold shoulder top

I've seen those cold shoulder tops everywhere! But of course I'm not one to spend money, so I got to thinking I could DIY one for free!!

I started with a plain old button up top...

Got my scissors and cut out an oval right on the shoulder...

Here it is with the raw edges...

With liquid glue, I folded the edges and ironed,

this gives it a smooth edge...

All done...

Free is so me!!!!
