When your mind is clouded by being anxious or stressed, start doing something positive to help ease you through the days. You can always control something in your life. So don't be helpless while you're waiting on your breakthrough. You can organize things, donate to declutter, clean your home, read the bible, pray, meditate on the things of God, balance your finances, exercise, etc... These may seem like small things, but they are at least taking a step toward helping you become better and getting "something" done. It will make you feel better that you have accomplished it.
Lastly, rest and take care of yourself. This is very important! Let God be God and you just rest knowing that in His hands, all is well!!
