Christmas Forever

Have you ever noticed that during the Christmas season, people are generally more merrier. The joy of the season just spreads to all of us, no matter what's going on in our lives. I love the way strangers smile and wish others a Merry Christmas, when they normally would just pass each other by. The whole atmosphere is just an inspirational time.
We tend to look out for our fellow man more, or donate to the less fortunate. We sometimes volunteer for programs that benefit others; shelters, food banks, senior citizen's homes etc...
So, I feel that why not keep the spirit of our Lord going all year through. Let's continue to do good will, way past the season. We as Christians should always be willing to help those less fortunate and volunteer our time and effort. Let's continue smiling at strangers and keeping joy in our hearts. Let's keep in touch with family and friends other than just Christmas.
The reason for the season is Jesus, so let's vow to keep Him alive all year through with our actions, words and thoughts. BE BLESSED!
